The latest version of Active Ink PT is designed for the modern Physical Therapy practice that seeks to juggle an increasingly hectic case load while eliminating the time-sucking redundancies of paper reporting process. Active PT now allows the busy Physical Therapist to virtually eliminate paper and condense all his patient reports and charts onto one thin tablet computer. With Active PT you need not write your patient notes or reports on a clipboard during your session, then re-type those reports on the computer at the end of the day. Jot them down once, in your own handwriting during the session and they will be
converted to usable text automatically! You can even draw on body charts in Active Ink, indicating the location of every wound or injury. Anything to currently record on your patient's paper charts can be converted to an Active Ink electronic form. And what's more, with Active Ink's calendaring software an entire office of mobile therapist can now coordinate their busy schedules, receive appointments, and transmit files and reports on the go! Active Ink's Form Designer Professional version 8.0 (a $499 value) is included with your Active PT software so your office personel can create/design your changing forms into the future. Form Filler Software One license of Active Ink's Form Filler client software is included with your purchase to go with your first tablet PC. Each additional tablet you add to your network must receive an additional Form Filler license at a cost of $199 per license.
Five Hours of Technicians time to be used as you desire, be it to design new customized forms for your office, modify currently used forms, train your staff on the use of our software, or provide any form of technical support. Any or all of this time can be credited back to you in the form of a rebate if you don't
use it, at a rate of $100 per hour for a maximum of $500.
Active Ink Physical Therapist Annual Maintenance Program
$249 per annum for the basic bundle, an additional $19.90 for each licensed tablet beyond the first.
Active Ink's annual maintenance programs can be compared to "full service" at the gas pump as opposed to "self service". If you want to do things yourself, and you don't anticipate upgrading or needing technical support down the road, you may not need annual maintenance. But listen to what it includes:
Free and unlimited access to all new versions, upgrades, patches, drivers etc. for Active PT, Active Form Designer and Active Form Filler that are published during the year of coverage.
Telephone, web-conference, and e-mail technical support for any technical problems that should arise with the operation of the software during the coverage period, exclusive of training issues.
Re-installation support in the event of computer melt-down or hard-drive failure.
